In partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City, the 1st annual KCCC Community Impact Challenge will take place from
February - June, 2026!
*NO CORPORATE CHALLENGE POINTS* are awarded for the Community Impact Challenge. However, the company logging the most volunteer hours will be presented with the "KCCC Community Impact Award" at the 2026 KCCC Closing Celebration. Staff from Habitat for Humanity will administer the contest.
PARTICIPATING IS EASY; JUST CLICK HERE FOR INFORMATION ON HOW TO GET INVOLVED!
- Starting January 15th companies can start registering for volunteer times, usually takes 2 weeks in advance notice so register early.
- Hours will be calculated based on volunteer hours worked. Certain “Double Impact Days” will allow companies to earn double credit, meaning a 4 hour shift will count as 8 hours for their time. These days will align with times that are historically harder for Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City to fill.
- Habitat will track all the volunteer hours and will provide a specific registration link for KCCC participating companies.
WHO WINS?
- The company with the most documented volunteer hours at the end of the challenge will receive the Habitat KC Community Impact Challenge Award during the Closing Celebration on July 16th, 2026! The real winners are the people that desperately need help from Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City.
